2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

Scope of Services:
The services offered (including Integrative Body & Awareness sessions, Biofeedback, Sound Therapy, and related practices) are intended solely for relaxation, self-exploration, and personal development.

No Medical or Psychological Advice:
These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and they do not replace professional healthcare. No diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical or mental condition is provided or implied.

No Guarantees:
Results may vary from person to person. No specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.

Voluntary Participation:
Clients participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions.


3. Physical Integrity & Client Responsibility

Physical Responses:
Clients acknowledge that body-based or sensory practices may lead to temporary and natural physical responses such as redness, warmth, emotional release, or minor bruising, depending on individual sensitivity and circulation. Aguira Wellness is not liable for these normal bodily reactions.

Health Disclosure:
Clients must inform the practitioner prior to the session of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, psychological conditions, or pregnancy. Failure to disclose such information releases the practitioner from liability.


4. Hygiene & Conduct Policy

Hygiene:
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Professional Boundaries:
Sessions are strictly professional. Any inappropriate, suggestive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Environment:
Clients are asked to arrive on time, silence mobile devices, and respect the session space and process.


5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrival:
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent bookings. The full session fee still applies.


6. Age Requirement

Services are available to clients 18 years and older.
Minors may only receive services with explicit written consent from a legal guardian, and only where legally permitted.


7. Personal Data & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

Data Collected:
When visitors leave comments or interact with the website, we may collect data shown in forms, IP address, browser user agent, and technical information for security and spam prevention.

Session Data:
Biofeedback data, thermal images, or session-related records are stored securely and shared exclusively with the client for personal reference. They are never sold or used for marketing without explicit consent.

16. Invoicing & Payment Confirmation (Private Clients)

For private clients, payment is generally processed via a secure payment link. Upon successful payment, clients will receive a payment confirmation by email.

Invoices are issued upon request.
Clients who require a formal invoice may request one by contacting Aguira Wellness. Invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable legal and tax requirements.

Aguira Wellness does not operate a public checkout system on this website. All payments are arranged individually and processed through secure third-party payment providers.
